Outside of real estate, my roots in San Pedro run deep. I grew up in the Averill Park area and graduated from San Pedro High School in 1983 before attending the University of Southern California, where I studied petroleum engineering. Although I ultimately chose the path of entrepreneurship and real estate, the work ethic and analytical mindset I developed have served me well throughout my career.

My wife, Sally, and I have been together since high school and have been happily married for nearly 40 years. We were blessed to raise our niece, Mia, who is now married and continuing her own life here in San Pedro. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and playing golf.
